Holiday in Elie

Last week we went away for a week to Elie on the Fife Coast and had a lovely relaxing time. Made even better as we sent Andrew our youngest son to Scripture Union camp at the same time! We did some walking along the Fife Coastal Path, lots of reading, knitting and watching DVDs.

Some photos from our walks:

Happy holiday memories came flooding back - fish and chips in Anstruther, visiting Pittenweim, and the little chapel where my Dad preached 70 yrs ago as a theological student, buying a little bowl in Crail pottery... Thanks for this lovely post and your superb pictures.
Happy Easter!!

How lovely and lucky you. Its been far too long since I went to 'Enster' for a quarter of rose and violet creams and Pittenweem for a fish supper and along to Cellardykes to park up and eat the spoils. Lovely memories of trips up there.
